Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- All the pupils and students of the DPRK are now using "Sonamu (pine tree)"-trademarked satchels made with domestic bag cloth of various color.
The credit for such spectacle goes to the devotion of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, who worked heart and soul to provide the schoolchildren with quality and fine bags.
Visiting the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill in December Juche 103 (2014), the Supreme Leader gave a task to establish a process of producing cloth for school bags.
And he personally initiated the construction of the Pyongyang Bag Factory and settled all the problems arising in the construction.
When visiting the completed factory early in January 2017, he paid deep attention to the designing and quality of products. He also saw to it that material production processes were built to satisfy the country's needs for bags.
In summer next year, he visited bag factories in local areas and earnestly called on them to raise the quality of school bags.
Thanks to the warm love of the Supreme Leader who gives top priority to the affair for posterity, school bag producers came into being across the country, keeping their production going at a high rate. -0-
