Your assumption of heavy responsibility as the head of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party is an expression of deep trust and expectation of the entire members of your Party and the Lao people for you who have devoted yourself to the Party, state and people for a long time.
It is a firm will of our Party to constantly expand and strengthen the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Laos which had been formed by the preceding leaders of the two countries and has been consolidated and developed in the joint struggle for socialism.
