The Chollima Steel Complex and the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex have turned out lots of molten iron every day by raising the charging proportion of raw materials at electric furnaces including the UHP electric arc furnace and improving the technical control.
The Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex has kept the production of molten iron going at a high rate by thoroughly observing the technical rules and standard regulations in operating equipment.
Meanwhile, miners of the Musan Mining Complex, a leading iron ore producer of the country, and Unryul and Jaeryong mines are making productive upswing. -0-
