Among them are the president of the People's Republic of China who is the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the president of the Russian Federation, the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, the president of the Republic of Cuba, the president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam who is the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic who is the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the president of the Syrian Arab Republic who is the general secretary of the Syria's Baath Arab Socialist Party.
