Pyongyang, 26 de enero (ACNC) -- Para cumplir incondicional y cabalmente las metas presentadas por el VIII Congreso del Partido del Trabajo de Corea, es menester que todos los sectores y unidades de la economia nacional proyecten y asignen con esmero las tareas para el respecto.
Asi senala el diario Rodong Sinmun en su editorial de este martes y continua:
Hay que planear bien los trabajos de cada sector y unidad para que se pueda innovarlos radicalmente en el periodo del nuevo Plan Quinquenal.
Al liberarse del caduco punto de vista de antes, cada plan debe ser innovador, magnanimo y ambicioso conforme a las demandas de la epoca aspirante al nuevo desarrollo y prosperidad.
La elaboracion del plan y la operacion para su cumplimiento deben basarse estrictamente en las fuerzas y tecnologias propias y ser destinadas a potenciar el motor interno.
De esa manera, todos los sectores y entidades podran incrementar considerablemente las fuerzas internas y lograr los exitos sustanciales que convengan al desarrollo de la revolucion.
Es preciso establecer las metas en el principio de reflejar suficientemente la inteligencia colectiva y opiniones de las masas y poner en pleno juego la facultad ideo-espiritual de ellas.
Hay que asignar bien las tareas para producir los resultados sustanciales de la operacion para el cumplimiento del nuevo Plan Quinquenal.
Resulta imprescindible que se incluyan en el plan los lineamientos y orientaciones del Partido, que se presenten en cada periodo, y los implementen perfectamente.
Lo importante es acabar con el estilo de trabajo fugaz que deja a medio hacer si se presenta nueva tarea politica y establecer el modo revolucionario de materializar los lineamientos y orientaciones del partido hasta el final.
