Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) sent a congratulatory message to the 13th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) on Jan. 25.
The WPK Central Committee in the message warmly congratulated the CPV on its 13th congress, and through the congress, extended warm comradely greetings to all the members of the CPV.
The message expressed belief that the 13th congress would become an important occasion for marking a new milestone in the struggle for consolidating the party and building thriving socialist Vietnam.
Expressing the conviction that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and two countries, forged in the joint struggle for accomplishing the cause of socialism, would grow stronger in the spirit of the agreement made by the top leaders of the two parties in March 2019, the message sincerely wished the congress big success in its work.
