Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- There took place a meeting of the workers of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex on February 22 on the spot to vow to certainly carry out the first-year tasks of the five-year plan true to the spirit of the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Party.

Attending the meeting were O Su Yong, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Chung Gol, minister of Metallurgical Industry, Pak Chang Ho, chief secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the WPK, Im Hun, chairman of the provincial people's committee, and officials in the province and officials and employees of the complex.
