Pyongyang, March 1 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Monday says in an editorial that the slogan "One for all and all for one!" is a good one to be held high generation after generation as it is a revolutionary slogan embodying the fundamental principle of existence and development of Korean-style socialism and reflecting the demand and aspirations of the Korean people.
The slogan, which was issued in the historic period when the socialist system was established in the DPRK, captured the hearts of the masses and helped bring about great changes in ideology, mentality, fighting spirit and working manner of the Korean people as it reflected the intrinsic requirements of the socialist society, the editorial says, and goes on:
Amid the brisk Chollima movement under the slogan, the DPRK developed into an industrialized socialist state by creating a historic miracle of completing within 14 years industrialization that had taken others several centuries.
It is the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea to hold higher the slogan "One for all and all for one!" and create a world-startling miracle once again as done in the Chollima era.
The on-going all-out campaign for implementing the new five-year plan will be glorified as the heroic advance demonstrating the validity of the line and strategy of our Party which has made ceaseless leaps forward by dint of collectivism.
The slogan "One for all and all for one!" is the motive power for turning our society into a great harmonious family of the single-minded unity.
When the whole country is swept by the spirit of collectivism based on the slogan "One for all and all for one!" the sordid maneuvers of the enemy will be frustrated, and the purity of our best ideology, culture and morality be firmly preserved.
The Korean people will always preserve the true nature of their Republic, where they live in harmony with virtue and affection, and turn the current trials into leaps forward by dint of the single-minded unity.
The editorial calls on all people to add glory to their great socialist country by sharing their intention, affection, wisdom and zeal under the uplifted slogan "One for all and all for one!" -0-
