General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea Kim Jong Un sent a floral basket to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), on the occasion of the 66th founding anniversary of the LPRP.
