Pyongyang, April 7 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un , president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Nguyen Xuan Phuc, president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on April 5.
In the message, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un extended warm congratulations and greeting to Nguyen Xuan Phuc on his election as president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The message said that Nguyen Xuan Phuc's assumption of the heavy responsibility as Vietnamese president is an expression of the great trust and expectations placed by the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people in him.
