Pyongyang, April 13 (KCNA) -- A Performance of the art squad of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers was given in Sampong Co-op Farm, Phyongwon County on Monday to commemorate the 109th anniversary of the birth of President Kim Il Sung .
Chorus "Let's Sing of the Day of the Sun", dialogic poem "The Leader's Life", female solo "We Can't Forget All Kinds of Hardships Underwent by Leader" and other numbers praised the revolutionary career and exploits of President Kim Il Sung who provided the undying program for settling the socialist rural questions for the first time in history and worked heart and soul for the agricultural development of the country.
Mixed duet "A Dear Nam" and mixed quartet "My Prospering Country" touched the heartstrings of the audience as they represented immortal leadership by Chairman Kim Jong Il to firmly defend our socialist country, the heritage bequeathed by the President out of patriotism and make eternal foundation for the prosperity of the generations.
Female solo "Oh, Tender-hearted Father", female trio "Our Dear Marshal" and other numbers convinced the audience that immensely bright and rosy is the future of our style socialism as there is the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .
Watching the performance were Han Jong Hyok, chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, officials concerned and agricultural workers in Phyongwon County. -0-
