Floral Tribute Paid to Statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il

Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) -- People and service personnel visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and mosaics of their smiling images across the country to pay high tribute on the occasion of the Day of the Sun (birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung).
Bouquets and floral baskets in the names of the Party, power and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Public Security Forces (PSF), institutions and industrial establishments and universities at all levels in Pyongyang were laid before the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill.
The members of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front also laid a bouquet before the statues.
The visitors made a bow before the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
Placed at the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and mosaics of their smiling images in various places of Pyongyang including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security and the Mansudae Art Studio were bouquets and floral baskets in the names of institutions, enterprises, units of the KPA and the PSF, etc.
Officials, working people and service personnel across the country paid tribute to the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and mosaics of their smiling images in their residential areas.
