Pyongyang, April 17 (KCNA) -- The secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation who is also the head of the Russia-DPRK Friendship Parliamentary Group of the State Duma of Russia, the chairperson of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia, the head of the Orchestra of the 21st Century of Russia and their parties paid congratulatory visits to the DPRK embassy in Moscow on April 8 on the occasions of the 109th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung and the 2nd anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's historic visit to the Russian Federation.
Other foreign figures of various circles also paid congratulatory visits to the DPRK missions in their countries on April 8 and 9 on the occasion of the Day of the Sun (birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung).
They include the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) who is ex-deputy prime minister of Nepal, the chairman of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (United), the chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Politics, the chairman of the Study Forum for Self-Reliance of Nepal, the chairman of the Nepali Literary Forum for the Study of Songun Politics, the chairman of the International Committee for the Study of Songun Politics for Peaceful Reunification of Korea in Nepal, the vice-chairperson of the Socialist Journalist Forum of Nepal for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Nepal Institute for the Juche Studies, the editor-in-chief of the Nepalese newspaper Gorkha Express, members of the Political Bureau of the Nationalist Socialist Party of Syria in Lebanon, the chairman of the Permanent Standing Committee of the Belarus National Association of Friends of Korean People Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the chairman of the Belarus Association for the Study of Juche Idea, the chairman of the Organizational Committee of the Communist Workers' Party of Belarus and members of the leadership of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea.
They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and the art works depicting them standing together and bowed to them.
