Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly, inspected the Chongsan Co-op Farm and the Kangso Knitwear Factory in Kangso District.
He acquainted himself with the farming and production in those units bustling with the struggle for implementing the decisions of the 8th Congress of the Party and the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee, learning in detail about the law-abiding life of their officials and working people.
At the farm, he underlined the need for its officials and agricultural workers to take sci-tech steps and lay material foundations for increasing the stable and sustainable cereal production with a pride of working at a glorious farm visited by the peerlessly great men, thus making good preparations for finishing the urgent rice-transplanting timely.
Looking round different shops of the knitwear factory, he called for taking it as an important management strategy to realize home-production of raw materials and promote recycling, as intended by the Party, and for gaining substantial successes in production by mapping out scientific, feasible and dynamic plans.
During the inspection, he also called for conducting education of different forms in various ways to promote the law-abiding spirit of officials and working people, stressing the importance of the work for thoroughly establishing the revolutionary law-abiding climate in the socialist construction.
