Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) -- A national presentation of sci-tech successes in fisheries was given via video conferencing under the co-sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea and the Ministry of Fisheries between May 4 and 6.
Attending it were scientists, technologists, teachers, researchers and field officials of dozens of units including Kim Il Sung University, Wonsan University of Fisheries, Nampho University of Fisheries, Kamapho Fishery Station and the Songdowon Fishery Station.
Presented there were more than sixty treatises conducive to boosting productivity by improving domestic aquaculture and promoting recycling, true to the Party's policy of systematically increasing the output of marine products through brisk aquaculture.
The participants also heard and watched a lecture and video on the strategy of stimulating aquaculture and combined aquaculture.
