Pyongyang, May 11 (KCNA) -- The DPRK ambassador presented credentials to the president of the Republic of Zimbabwe on May 6.
DPRK Ambassador Jong Song Il courteously conveyed warm greetings from Kim Jong Un , president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, to President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.
The president expressed deep thanks for this and asked the ambassador to convey his most heartfelt warm greeting to Kim Jong Un .
Noting that President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il are illustrious leaders and outstanding state activists who rendered sincere assistance to Zimbabwe's independence and construction of new society, the president hoped that the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations with a long history and tradition would grow stronger in different fields including politics and economy.
He wished the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people greater success in building a powerful socialist country under the outstanding and seasoned leadership of Kim Jong Un . -0-
