Recorrio el dique de Sinhong y la sala de generadores de la Central Hidroelectrica no.5 de Tanchon.
Averiguando el montaje de equipos generadores y el sistema de transmision electrica, estimulo a los constructores quienes libran una ofensiva tenaz para cumplir las resoluciones del VIII Congreso del PTC y el II Pleno del VIII Periodo de su Comite Central y apunto la necesidad de garantizar el caracter cientifico y la seguridad en los preparativos de la operacion experimental de generadores y esmerarse en el mantenimiento de estructuras hidraulicas.
En el Complejo de Fertilizantes de Hungnam, paso revista al taller no.2 de nitrogeno y el campo de montaje del nuevo horno generador donde instruyo concentrarse en completar en lo cientifico los procesos productivos en el principio de asegurar el caracter Juche en la industria de abono y observar con rigor las demandas de diseno y norma de construccion en la obra de ampliacion de la capacidad.
En las reuniones de consulta convocadas en el terreno, se discutieron las medidas pendientes en pormenorizar en las entidades correspondientes la asignacion de tareas orientadas a cumplir las metas por etapas para materializar la resolucion del Congreso Partidista y registrar un viraje en la operacion y mando para suministrar a tiempo los articulos hechos en cooperacion por los sectores vinculados.
Kim superviso tambien la actual base productiva de la Fabrica de Cemento de Chonnaeri escuchando el estado de trabajo acerca de la obra para el aumento de su capacidad productiva.
Por otra parte, el recorrio varias granjas cooperativas y las fabricas de abonos compuestos organicos de los distritos de Hamju, Jongphyong y Kowon donde tomo las medidas correspondientes tras hacer conocimiento del estado de preparativos agricolas en primavera.
