The Songphyong pipeline transport company of the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex brings about an innovation in the transport of concentrated iron ores.
After grasping actual conditions concretely on the spots, the company took practical measures to readjust and reinforce the large-sized long-distance concentrated ore pipeline between Musan and Chongjin and to build up its capacity.
In collaboration with relevant units, workers and technicians of the company are speeding up the manufacture of pump body, which takes an important part in the transport of concentrated ores, and building up its concentrated ore transporting capacity by remodelling equipment.
They restore the original performance of pumps by actively introducing valuable technical innovation plans as they channel big efforts into the maintenance and reinforcement of facilities.
As workteams and shifts help one another forward, the company is now carrying out its daily transport plans for concentrated ore transport over 1.2 times by ensuring the full-capacity operation of equipment while repairing pumps qualitatively.
