Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- Famous songs of the times have been produced in recent years to implant patriotism in the hearts of all the people.
The song "Ode to the Motherland", created in September, Juche 102 (2013) ahead of the 65th founding anniversary of the DPRK, is a treasure song of the nation and a true textbook of patriotism.
As the song truly represents all the people's ideological sentiments about their country, it soon touched their heartstrings, bringing together the country and its people as one integral whole.
The songs "We Love Our Country" and "Our National Flag" are also patriotic hymns born of the dynamic era.
These songs contain profound ideas that patriotism is not an abstract concept but it originates in one's house yard, and that love for one's parents, wives, husbands and children and love for one's native home and job can develop into the love for his or her country and people.
Songs "July 27 March", "Respects to Victors of Great Years", "Tell, Fireworks of War Victory" and "Holiday of Great War Victory" were awarded the 60th Anniversary of Victory in the Fatherland Liberation War Order and are popular with the Korean people. -0-
