Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- Now that the global health crisis caused by COVID-19 gets worse, the campaign for checking the inroads of the malignant virus has become more intensified in all the sectors, units and areas of the DPRK.
The central emergency epidemic prevention sector correctly outlined the rules of conduct and regulations for officials, working people and other citizens, and has notified everyone of the rules and taken measures in advance to fill the gaps in the epidemic prevention work.
The public health sector makes sure that workers at the epidemic prevention posts and health workers fulfill their roles and conduct health education among the public in a diverse way.
Educational institutions and nurseries carefully disinfect teaching tools and toys and conduct education for preventing diseases.
Institutions, industrial enterprises and farms make sure that their employees frequently disinfect their offices, worksites, equipment, materials and tools and voluntarily abide by the epidemic prevention rules.
Officials of the epidemic prevention units across the country intensify supervision and control in public areas to prevent the inroads of the malignant virus, while urging the people to drink boiled water only so as to prevent the outbreak of various contagious diseases in sultry weather.
