Pyongyang, July 28 (KCNA) -- The whole course of the Korean revolution is associated with the history of noble love for the rising generations.
President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il showed all sorts of loving care for the rising generations, giving top priority to the work for them in the whole period of leading the revolution.
Our Party and the state remained unchanged both in ordinary times and hard times in their deep attention and care for the posterity.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , who upholds the ennobling intention of the great leaders, has dedicated himself to the rising generations of the country for the past 10 years with his warmest love for them, regarding the work for the posterity as a top priority affair of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK).
He saw to it that the universal 12-year compulsory education is enforced though the country is in difficulties and the meeting of members of the Korean Children's Union held as an important event of the country.
He made sure that edifices for the children and excellent baby homes and orphanages were built in different parts of the country.
He has put his heart and soul into providing the children with better uniforms, school bags, school things and toys.
He also saw to it that the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK discussed the issue of improving and bolstering the Party's childcare policy as its major agenda item and took practical measures for it.
He stressed that it has to be the way of advance and development of our revolution to dedicate more sincerity to the children in the face of ever-worsening hardship and dynamically advance towards the future of communism by dint of such love.
