The Jangwon Ragwon Collaboration Company under the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled makes the most of its characteristics. It sees to it that the skilled hands with disabilities spare no efforts to teach the green hands with disabilities and encourage them to improve technical knowledge and skills.
