Pyongyang, 11 de agosto (ACNC) -- El jefe de departamento del Comite Central del Partido del Trabajo de Corea, Kim Yong Chol, publico el dia 11 una declaracion que sigue:
Dando espaldas a la oportunidad de reversion, preparada a duras penas por la unanime esperanza de todos los nacionales y extranjeros en la paz y estabilidad de la Peninsula Coreana, las autoridades surcoreanas volvieron a desarrollar desde el 10 de este mes los ejercicios de guerra cuyo blanco es nuestro Estado.Bajo la autorizacion del CC del PTC, la subjefa de departamento del CC del PTC, Kim Yo Jong, hizo publica el pasado dia primero una nota, en la cual advirtio que el entrenamiento militar Sur de Corea-EE.UU. sera un preludio disgustado que obstaculiza la marcha de las relaciones intercoreanas, y que se tomara por las autoridades surcoreanas la esperanza o la desesperacion.
Hemos dado a las autoridades surcoreanas un chance de opcion.
Pero, esta vez ellas revelaron por si mismas que no pasan de ser una hipocresia la paz y confianza de que ellas hablaban a bombo y platillo.Al despreciar nuestro consejo, optaron no la reconciliacion con los connacionales sino la alianza con las fuerzas foraneas, no la distension sino la exacerbacion de la tension, y no el mejoramiento de las relaciones sino el enfrentamiento.Puesto que las autoridades anuncian a todo el mundo su opcion evidente rehusando la oportunidad, tenemos que tomar la decision correspondiente mas cierta.
Como ya hemos aclarado, les haremos sentir a cada momento cuan peligroso fue su opcion erronea que les lleva a la grave crisis de seguridad.
Les daremos a entender el precio de su conducta de haber roto la oportunidad de la mejora de las relaciones Norte-Sur y respondido a nuestra bondad con la hostilidad.
Dado que el Sur de Corea y EE.UU. optaron por enfrentarse invariablemente con nuestro Estado, no tenemos otro remedio.
Haremos ininterrumpidamente lo que debemos hacer.
