Pyongyang, 14 de septiembre (ACNC) -- En sendos editoriales publicados este martes, los periodicos centrales coreanos subrayan que las ciudades y distritos devienen las unidades terminales de direccion y ejecucion de las politicas del partido, las bases regionales para la guia de la economia rural y la local y los baluartes poderosos que sustentan el desarrollo general del pais.
El proyecto de mejorar la vida poblacional y lograr la prosperidad del Estado mediante el desarrollo de la industria local y la economia rural esta relacionado directamente con el papel de las ciudades y distritos, adelanta el diario Rodong Sinmun y prosigue:
El exito o fracaso de la empresa de convertir todas las ciudades y distritos en las independientes capaces de resolver por cuenta propia el problema de vida poblacional y en las zonas poderosas, civilizadas y ricas, que convengan al aspecto majestuoso de la potencia, depende totalmente de los funcionarios responsables de esas unidades administrativas.
Para fortalecer hoy en dia las ciudades y distritos, se presenta la prioridad de acondicionar sus localidades como cunas de vida feliz del pueblo, resolver decisivamente los problemas de alimentos y articulos de consumo desarrollando la economia local, asi como estabilizar y mejorar los niveles de la vida del pueblo.
En la actualidad, el Partido se propone lograr al mismo tiempo el desarrollo de todas las ramas del pais y el de todas las regiones.
La vision innovadora y el modo de trabajo emprendedor de los funcionarios de ciudades y distritos garantizan el desarrollo de estas demarcaciones y la prosperidad del Estado.
El periodico Minju Joson destaca que los funcionarios deben trabajar con abnegacion asumiendo la posicion de responsabilizarse totalmente de sus entidades y zonas ante el Partido, de modo que se implementen cabalmente las resoluciones e indicaciones partidistas en cualesquier condiciones y circunstancias dificiles.
