Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- To make a breakthrough in resolving the food problem by successfully concluding this year's farming is an important political work for realizing the Party's lofty intention of stabilizing and improving the people's livelihood as early as possible, says Rodong Sinmun in an editorial Wednesday.

All the agricultural officials and workers and all the people aiding the rural communities should successfully finish this year's farming with intense loyalty and patriotism and thus make a breakthrough in winning a victory in the struggle for the implementation of the decisions of the 8th Party Congress.
The agricultural officials and workers should discharge their duty as masters with great resolution and zeal.
Whether the Party's decisions on concluding this year's farming well are implemented totally depends on how the officials and workers in the agricultural field carry out their duties.
The Cabinet, ministries and national institutions should scrupulously organize and command the work for concentrating all the forces and means on harvesting and threshing and provide necessary electricity and farming materials in a responsible way.
Everyone should regard doing farming well as a vital issue related to the destinies of oneself and one's own children and to the existence of the country and assist farms materially and morally. By doing so they should fully display the revolutionary traits of our people definitely putting the Party's plans and determinations into practice.
