Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- To make a breakthrough in resolving the food problem by successfully concluding this year's farming is an important political work for realizing the Party's lofty intention of stabilizing and improving the people's livelihood as early as possible, says Rodong Sinmun in an editorial Wednesday.

All the agricultural officials and workers and all the people aiding the rural communities should successfully finish this year's farming with intense loyalty and patriotism and thus make a breakthrough in winning a victory in the struggle for the implementation of the decisions of the 8th Party Congress.
