A national sic-tech presentation in the metallic materials sector took place under the sponsorship of Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea from September 14 to 16 in the form of video-conferencing.
The theme of the presentation was “Development of metallic materials based on the country’s resources”.
Over 40 papers on scientific research findings conducive to the development of the national economy were submitted to the presentation, which was attended by lecturers, researchers, postgraduates and field technicians from Kim Chaek University of Technology, Chongjin University of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, Ferrous Metal Research Institute of the State Academy of Sciences and Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex.
