Funcionario del MINREX aborda el tema de submarino nuclear en entrevista con la ACNC

Pyongyang, 20 de septiembre (ACNC) -- En exclusiva con la ACNC concedida el dia 20 con respecto a la decision de EE.UU. de transferir a Australia la tecnologia de construccion de submarino de propulsion nuclear, el jefe de la oficina de informacion exterior de la Direccion de Informacion del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la RPDC dio la siguiente respuesta:

Recientemente, EE.UU. formo la alianza de la cooperacion trilateral de seguridad con Gran Bretana y Australia y decidio transferir a esta ultima la tecnologia de construccion de submarino de propulsion nuclear, lo cual es un acto muy desagradable y peligroso que rompe el equilibro estrategico de la region de Asia-Pacifico y desata la carrera armamentista nuclear en cadena.

Es muy natural que China y otros Estados circunvecinos criticaran tal conducta de EE.UU. como accion irresponsable que destruye la paz y estabilidad de la region y el sistema internacional de no proliferacion nuclear y agrava la carrera armamentista.

Hasta un pais aliado de EE.UU. reprocha la decision de este evaluandola de "brutal, unilateral e imprevisible" y de "una punalada en la espalda".

Un portavoz de la Casa Blanca anuncio que la presente decision se ha tomado "por la seguridad de la region de Indo-Pacifico".

Esta opinion significa que no importa traspasar la tecnologia nuclear a cualquier pais si esto conviene a los intereses de EE.UU. Asimismo, deja conocer que EE.UU. es precisamente el culpable principal que destruye el sistema internacional de no proliferacion nuclear.

El doble rasero de EE.UU., que se torna mas grave despues de la aparicion de nueva administracion, vulnera las universales normas y disciplina internacionales y amenaza seriamente la paz y estabilidad del mundo.

La situacion creada confirma de nuevo que no se debe atenuar ni un momento las labores orientadas a potenciar la capacidad de defensa nacional con una vision de largo alcance para hacer frente al ambiente de seguridad internacional que se cambia constantemente.

Estamos haciendo un analisis riguroso de lo que hay detras de la toma de tal decision norteamericana y sus perspectivas y emprenderemos sin falta las acciones correspondientes si ella produce, aunque un poco, el efecto negativo para la seguridad de nuestro Estado.
