Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Monday says in an editorial that it is a tradition peculiar to the Korean revolution and the Party's strategic line to prioritize ideology and give precedence to the ideological work.
The ideology-first principle comprehensively reflects the victorious history of the Korean revolution and the unshakable will of the Party to proactively address the current ordeals and powerfully propel the advance and development of Korean-style socialism by dint of ideology and irresistible mental strength, says the editorial, and goes on:
The ideology-first principle is a fundamental guarantee for more firmly cementing our revolutionary and class position.
Today, our revolutionary and class position that firmly ensures the victorious advance of the revolutionary cause of Juche is consolidated through the Party ideological work.
The ideology-first principle is the most powerful weapon that helps expedite the overall development of socialist construction in our own way and by our own efforts.
Self-reliance should be regarded as a treasured sword for development and prosperity and thoroughly embodied under the uplifted banner of Juche. Herein lie the invincible might of Korean-style socialism, the very source of its gigantic viability and a firm guarantee of its victory.
The principle also serves as a motive force for proactively preserving the true nature and great traits of our society based on collectivism.
The slogan "One for all and all for one!" represents the absolute advantages and power of Korean-style socialism over capitalism and the valorous spirit and rosy future of our country where all members of society are united in one intention and aspiration.
Invincible is the socialist cause of Juche that advances towards a rosy future full of vigor and confidence, breaking through the tempests of history on the strength of ideology.
The editorial appeals to everyone to achieve a new victory in socialist construction by dint of ideology and unlimited mental power under the leadership of the great Party. -0-
