Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Monday says in an article that it is a strong aspiration and demand of the popular masses to abolish the exploitation and oppression of man by man and independently live and develop, free from all sorts of subjugation.
But in the capitalist society, man's independent demand and rights are indiscriminately infringed upon and the exploited working people fall victim to the benefits sought by the privileged ruling class, moaning with fatal pain, the article says, and goes on:
The capitalist society is the anti-popular one, where the popular masses are utterly deprived of their right to existence and right to creative labor, and the reactionary society which subjects them to decadent bourgeois culture and life style.
Reactionary political life, deformed material life and poor mental and cultural life are the main characteristics of the capitalist society. Herein lies its anti-popular and corrupt nature.
People can never live a life worthy of a human being glorifying their dignity in the capitalist society where their dignity and personality are ruthlessly trampled down by privileged capitalists' arbitrary practices.
The true life and happiness of the people can be only ensured in the socialist society where all sorts of privileged domination are eliminated and the genuine freedom and rights of independent man are ensured. -0-
