Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Greetings from President of State of Palestine

Pyongyang, October 11 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from Mahmoud Abbas, president of the State of Palestine and chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, on Sunday.
In the message Mahmoud Abbas extended sincere and warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the State of Palestine and the Palestinian people and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the powerful Workers' Party of Korea.
He sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the DPRK, the Korean people and the leadership and members of the WPK welfare and prosperity.
Expressing once again the will to value the bilateral relations based on friendship and respect and to further develop them in the interests of the peoples of the two countries, he said he appreciates the positive role of Kim Jong Un and the WPK in supporting the cause and legitimate struggle of the Palestinian people for freedom, independence and the right to self-determination.
