A national sci-tech presentation in the field of veterinary science and animal husbandry was held through video conferencing on the 12th and the 13th under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.
It was attended by scientists, technicians and field officials of over 20 units including the Microbiological Institute under the State Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Animal Husbandry under the Academy of Agricultural Science, the Pyongyang University of Agriculture, the Phyongsong University of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry and the Kuwa Cooperative Farm in Anak County of South Hwanghae Province.
Presented to it were more than 50 valuable papers written in the course of scientific research and production for the development of animal husbandry.
The presentation was aimed at widely introducing, disseminating and generalizing the sci-tech achievements and experiences substantially helpful to implementing the childcare policy of the Workers' Party of Korea.
During the presentation, lectures were given under different titles including "Scientific and Technical Essentials for Milk Production".
