A seminar on the policy speech made by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un at the 5th Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was held by the General Association of Koreans in China on October 10.
Attending the seminar were Choe Su Bong, first vice-chairman of the general association, and its officials, Kim Kyong Su, vice-chairman of the Federation of Korean Economic Workers in China, and citizens in Shenyang City.
Read out there was an article of Rodong Sinmun dealing with the fact that Kim Jong Un made the policy speech "On the Orientation of Present Struggle for a Fresh Development of Socialist Construction".
Speeches were made there.
Choe Su Bong and other speakers said that the policy speech clarified the policy tasks of the Party and the government of the Republic for putting the construction of Korean style socialism onto a fresh stage of development including the issues arising in powerfully propelling the independent and overall development of the state's economy and improving the people's standard of living.
They noted that it is the natural demand of the socialist system and the important policy being consistently maintained by our Party and the government of the Republic to take full responsibility for the people's living and sufficiently satisfy the increasing material and cultural demand of the people.
They stressed that Kim Jong Un's policy speech gives the correct understanding of the inter-Korean relations on the Korean peninsula at home and abroad and further inspires the desire of all the fellow countrymen for national reunification.
