Youth and students held dancing parties across the country on Oct. 17, the 95th anniversary of the formation of the Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU) by President Kim Il Sung.
Youth and students in Pyongyang City held dancing parties at the plazas of the Arch of Triumph and the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium.
The dancing parties began with song "Glory to Our Great Party". The participants danced in deep reverence for President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who provided the historic roots of the Party in the period of pioneering the Korean revolution and led the revolutionary cause of Juche to victory and glory only.
They danced to the tunes of the songs which helped look back on the proud years and heroic course of the Korean revolution during which the tradition and cause of the DIU have been defended and comprehensively applied generation after generation under the leadership of the Party.
They were full of great happiness and pride of the youth adding luster to the new era of the great powerful country under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The dancing parties ended with the playing of the song "We Will Defend General Kim Jong Un with Our Lives."
Similar dancing parties took place in all the provincial seats on the same day.
