Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- There took place seminars, lectures, film shows and photo exhibitions in Mongolia, Thailand, Italy and Algeria on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Attending the events were political and public personages and other people of those countries.
Screened at the film shows were edits introducing the proud reality of socialist Korea.
The general secretary and the international secretary of the Movement for Peace and Socialism of Italy praised the WPK, which was founded by President Kim Il Sung and led by Chairman Kim Jong Il , for having guided the Korean people to victory by smashing the imperialists' moves for stifling the DPRK, under the uplifted banner of Juche.
They noted that the WPK has developed into a servant party, genuine mother party which devotes itself to the well-being of the people with priority given to their interests under the leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Un .
The chairman of the Algeria-Korea Friendship Association said that the 70 odd year-long history of the WPK is just the revolutionary history of the great President Kim Il Sung , H.E. Kim Jong Il and the respected H.E. Kim Jong Un . He said with appreciation that H.E. Kim Jong Un is leaving immortal footprints on the road for building a prosperous country and making dedication to the people with his warm love for and trust in them.
The speakers at the seminar attended by the figures of the government, political parties, organizations and institutions including the State Great Hural of Mongolia, the Mongolian People's Party, the Mongolian Democratic Party, the Mongolian Academy of Sciences, the Mongolian Mt Paektu Association for Independent Development, the Mongolian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea-Songun Idea, the Mongolian Centre for the Study of Juche and the Mongolian Cultural and Research Center of the DPRK said that the WPK could confidently advance the revolution and construction in the face of trials and difficulties as it was led by the peerlessly great men.
Wishing the Korean people greater successes in their struggle for implementing the decisions set forth at the 8th Party Congress, firmly united around the WPK led by Kim Jong Un , they voiced their will to actively contribute to the development of the friendly relations between the peoples of the two countries. -0-
