Pyongyang, November 17 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in an editorial that the hot wind of emulation among provinces, cities and counties should be raised to propel the regional development and dynamically step up the victorious advance of our style socialism by bringing about substantial achievements waited for and welcomed by the people.
To raise the hot wind of emulation among provinces, cities and counties is an important work for brilliantly accomplishing the Party's plan and decision by awakening the revolutionary enthusiasm of the masses and is a worthwhile struggle for making the collective innovations in the overall socialist construction by dint of collectivism, the editorial stresses, and goes on:
All officials, Party members and working people should bear deep in their minds that the emulation among provinces, cities and counties would guarantee the sustained and prospective development of our state and the new victory of socialist construction.
Everyone should actively take part in the emulation with the ardent wish to be honorable winners in the emulation among regions, while further hardening the conviction in the day of prosperity that will surely come and the iron will to bring earlier the rosy future.
The emulation among provinces, cities and counties must be based on self-reliance in every way.
All Party members and working people should conduct the emulation with the confidence that they can certainly bring about any changes in their regions with their efforts. The emulation also requires the spirit of self-respect and the spirit of opening up a new field which is backed by determination to lead a beautiful life with things available in their own regions.
The editorial calls on all the people to bring earlier the fresh victory of our style socialism through the fierce emulation among provinces, cities and counties true to the Party's intention to achieve overall prosperity and development of the country. -0-
