체력단련에 좋은 아령운동

아령운동은 다른 체육운동들에 비해볼 때 나이, 직업 등에 관계없이 건강과 체력단련에 좋다.

아령운동은 어디서나 할수 있다.

많은 체육운동종목들은 시간, 날씨, 장소 및 기재 등과 같은 여러가지 조건의 영향을 받는다. 그러나 아령운동은 사계절은 물론 사업의 여가시간에도 할수 있다.

아령운동은 운동량을 쉽게 조절할수 있다.

아령운동은 운동강도, 운동량을 쉽게 조절할수 있다. 운동강도, 운동량이 큰 운동은 일반적으로 체력을 단련하는데 좋지만 운동스트레스를 크게 주는것으로 하여 일반적으로 사람들이 웬간해서는 하려고 하지 않는다.

대신 운동부담이 지내 작은 운동은 건강과 체력단련을 위한 수요를 만족시키지 못한다.

그러나 아령운동은 운동부담을 분산시켜 시간이나 장소에 크게 구애됨이 없이 계획에 따라 훈련하면 만족할만한 체력단련효과를 볼수 있다.

아령운동은 심리질병에 대처하는 운동이다.

아령운동을 하면 정신이 고도로 집중되게 되여 정신적 긴장감과 심리상태를 조절하는 효과적인 과정이 이루어진다.

아령운동은 신체가 긍정적인 스트레스를 받게 한다.

즉 들기, 내밀기, 당기기, 흔들기, 굽히기 등과 같은 동작과정에 신체는 신경계통과 감각계통들에 자극을 받게 되며 그로 인한 특이한 흥분과 상쾌함을 느끼게 된다.
