The DPRK has a precious asset that no other country can have or copy.

That is the single-hearted unity. The single-hearted unity is not an abstract concept.

In the DPRK, the leader and people are connected by affection and faith of blood relation and all the people form a large harmonious family helping and leading each other.

Today, its single-minded unity is growing stronger under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

In his historic policy speech made at the Fifth Session of the 14th Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK, he said that the DPRK’s political and ideological might with the single-hearted unity of the Party and people as the core is an irresistible force peculiar to Juche Korea and a decisive factor promoting the fresh development of socialist construction.

He saw to it that all activities of the Party and state were thoroughly aspired and subordinated to strengthening the single-hearted unity of revolutionary ranks and constantly deepened and developed the ideological theory on the single-hearted unity with his energetic ideological and theoretical activities.

He gave a comprehensive answer to theoretical and practical problems for strengthening single-hearted unity in his many immortal classic works including “Let Us Implement Our Revolution by Dint of the Might of Revolutionary Comradeship”, “Making Selfless, Devoted Efforts for the Good of the People is the Mode of Existence and Source of Invincible Might of the Workers’ Party of Korea”, “Let Us Accelerate the Victorious Advance of Revolution by Dint of Faith in Certain Victory and on the Might of Self-Development and Self-Reliance”.

He puts forward the people-first principle as the lifeblood of his revolutionary leadership and finds the greatest worth and pleasure in devoting himself to cultivating the people’s happiness.

Thanks to the continued long journey of ardent devotion for the people he made, rain or shine, many monumental structures sprang up in the DPRK, including the Rungna People’s Recreation Ground, Ryugyong Health Complex, Okryu Children’s Hospital, Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital, Munsu Water Park, Masikryong Ski Resort, Yangdok Hot Spring Resort.

As he regards the people’s pain as the greatest, there is no more important revolutionary work than to relieve the people’s misfortune.

Last year, when unexpected serious challenges and obstacles stood in the advance of the DPRK and when the Korean people should fight against two serious challenges—malignant infectious disease and natural disasters, he was with the people who suffered trials.

In those days when destructive floods and typhoons became furious every moment, he made his way through the railway roadbeds which might sink down at any time and a dangerous road which might be flooded again at any moment to visit the victims, saying that the people who were left homeless are waiting for him in rainy wind.

Thanks to his world of love for the people that disasters may come to this land but no one have to suffer misery and his tender care that embraces and takes care of people who experience trials and difficulties prudently, all construction forces and materials throughout the country were sent to the disaster-stricken areas and cheers of hurray for socialism and of single-hearted unity resounded highly.

Attracted by the world of love and benevolence for the people of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the Korean people come to the embrace of him, crying and laughing in strong emotion, as they meet him for a moment, jump into the cold seawater without hesitation and follow when he leaves, and protect the portraits of the great leaders in serious disasters which sweep away their house properties and even threaten their lives.

Realities seen in the DPRK are the true feature of the single-hearted unity created by affection and faith of blood relation between the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and his people.
