Pyongyang, November 23 (KCNA) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has made steady advance in socialist construction, braving manifold difficulties and trials in recent years.

The credit for such proud reality goes to the wise guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who suffused the whole country with the spirit of Mt Paektu and made the revolutionary traditions serve as the motive force for the victorious advance of the Korean revolution.

In November Juche 102 (2013), Kim Jong Un went round the Samjiyon Grand Monument in Samjiyon County (then) of Ryanggang Province. He said that the visit to the monument, a treasure of eternal value for the Korean revolution and a base for education in the revolutionary traditions, offers an opportunity to harden the determination and will to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche started in Mt Paektu.

In January next year, he visited the Madusan Revolutionary Battle Site associated with anti-Japanese armed struggle in Anju area of South Phyongan Province and declared that it is the unshakable will and determination of the Workers' Party of Korea to always uphold and carry forward the revolutionary traditions established by President Kim Il Sung and complete the Korean revolution.

Thanks to his energetic guidance for intensifying the education in revolutionary traditions, the Korean Revolution Museum was reconstructed as a grand seat of education in revolutionary traditions and the revolutionary battle sites and historic sites in different parts of the country were turned into better education bases.

In the past ten years, he climbed up Mt Paektu, the sacred mountain of revolution, several times to make the spirit of Mt Paektu take root deeper in the mind of the civilians and servicepersons as their mental pillar instilling the strong faith and will.

In 2019, he made a historic horseback march to infuse into the mind of all the people the immutable truth that creditably inheriting the revolutionary traditions is the way for eternal victory.

Upholding his grand conception and will for the victorious advance of the Korean revolution, many people made a ceaseless study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu, singing the song "We Will Go to Mt Paektu".

After all, the spirit of Mt Paektu, the all-people thoughts and feelings pulsating with indomitable faith and will, swept the whole country and, in the course, the national strength reached the highest level and lots of monumental creations came into being throughout the country despite manifold trials.
