In November a few years ago, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a factory.
Having a bird’s eye view of the factory which was changed beyond recognition, he said satisfactorily that the factory was really excellent and its external appearance alone revealed a foodstuff factory. He toured various places of the factory to learn in detail about its modernization.
He expressed great satisfaction at the fact that every production process of the factory was put on an automated, unmanned, germ-free and dust-free basis, true to the intention of the Party. The afforestation of the factory was admirable and its cultured ways in production and life has been established on a high level, he said, highly praising it as a model factory in the era of the Workers’ Party of Korea, a factory excellent both in interior and exterior.
As a matter of fact, thanks to the benevolent care of the respected General Secretary, the factory could establish a perfect integrated control system over production and management activities, removed manual labor in all the processes while remarkably raising the productivity with less manpower and establish cultured ways in production and life on a high level.
He also enjoyed the performance given by the art group of the factory.
Saying that its every program dealt with the Party policies well and they were full of the workers’ ardent love for their factory, he highly praised its lofty ideological content combined with high artistic value. He added that it proved the revolutionary and militant nature of its workers who endeavor to become standard-bearers and shock brigade in carrying out the Party’s line and policies.
Noting that he was pleased to see the modernized factory and he was more pleased to feel the ideological and moral qualities of its workers thoroughly armed with the Juche idea, he said that he got strong courage and energy while reading their mind to share their destiny with the Party and hardened his belief that he could cheerfully overcome any difficulties as there was the creditable working class.
Thanks to his love and trust, our working class successfully discharges their honorable mission and tasks for the revolution and country as befits the advance force of the Juche revolution and “eldest sons” of the country.
