A few years ago the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a general machinery plant.
Looking round several places of the plant the respected General Secretary praised the plant as a highly civilized one in which the production culture had been realized on the highest level among the recently remodeled factories.
That day he viewed various kinds of daily necessaries made by working class there.
Highly appreciating the working class the respected General Secretary instructed that they should continuously wage a vigorous struggle to normalize the production of daily necessaries with idle materials, expand the variety and enhance the quality of goods. He emphasized that this was the measure taken by our Party for the sake of the improvement of people’s living standard and served as an important policy issue.
Like this the respected General Secretary always regards the improvement of people’s living standard as the most important and gives top priority to the production of daily necessaries by making use of idle materials in parallel with current production.
Giving Priority to People’s Convenience
Once, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un guided the master plans for Kanggye and Manpho cities.
That day he set forth the tasks and ways for successfully sprucing up the cities and stressed the importance to thoroughly observe the principle of ensuring people’s convenience in city construction.
Emphasizing it, he gave detailed answers to such problems as increasing the electricity production and solving the heating issue of buildings by making good combination of electricity and geothermal energy and other natural energies, remarkably raising the water production capacity of reservoirs to ensure the daily water supply to each citizen on a high level, and strictly purifying and treating industrial waste water and sewage by putting infrastructural project on a scientific basis and operating sewage treatment facilities.
Indeed, all the edifices are being built on the principle of putting the conveniences and interests of the people above all thanks to meticulous care of the respected General Secretary.
