Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- Kim Tok Hun, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Phankham Viphavanh, prime minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on Thursday on the occasion of the 46th founding anniversary of the country.
The message referred to the big successes made by the government and people of Laos in their work for cementing the country's socio-political stability and achieving the economic development after the founding of the Republic.
