Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- Meetings of young activists in displaying noble traits were held by the youth league committees of Pyongyang City and Jagang Province and the Ministry of Culture.
The meetings were attended by leading officials of the Party committees, youth league officials, young activists in displaying noble traits and other young people of the city and province and the ministry.
The reporters and speakers said at the meetings that a proud heyday of the youth power is being ushered in on this land thanks to the wise guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who remains faithful to the noble intention of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
They said that the young people are growing up to be possessors of noble ideological and spiritual qualities and youth heroes fully displaying their mettle with patriotism in the building of a powerful socialist country under the loving care of the benevolent father.
They referred to the noble traits displayed among the young people like dedicating their blood and flesh to comrades at the gate of death, rendering material and moral assistance to the People's Army, looking after the war veterans with kindred feelings and getting married to honored disabled soldiers.
They expressed their resolution to further glorify their honor as vanguard and shock brigade in the struggle for ushering in a new period of a great upsurge and turn in the revolution, with firm faith in socialism and confidence in victory and optimism.
