A milch cow farm has been inaugurated in North Phyongan Province.
The farm consists of cowsheds, a milk processing building, feed processing ground, Hermetia illucens breeding ground, hay barn, ensilage ground, room for sanitary inspection, veterinary treatment room, etc.
It is also equipped with dozens of facilities in over ten kinds needed for processing milk, producing powdered milk and supplying feed, and the temperature and humidity in and feed supply for cowsheds are controlled at the general control room.
The construction of the farm has laid a foundation for ensuring a regular supply of cow’s and powdered milk for children.
Its inaugural ceremony was held on the spot on December 5.
