Pyongyang, December 8 (KCNA) -- An exhibition of consumer goods took place in South Phyongan Province.
The exhibition held in Phyongsong City was attended by all units producing consumer goods, including central light industrial factories and other local industrial establishments in the province.
On display at the exhibition were more than 53 000 goods of 800-odd kinds.
Among the exhibits were lots of primary consumer goods and necessities produced from industrial establishments, commercial sectors, cooperative organizations and housewives' workteams in the province.
Catching the attention of visitors were consumer goods like Korean costumes, children's clothing and other clothes, quilts, soaps made from locally available raw materials and internal reserves, as well as tasty and nutritious processed meat and foodstuffs.
Among the exhibits were also various grass crafts, processed marine products, ironware, wooden products and foodstuffs made from wild fruit.
