It is an important issue concerning the destiny of the country and nation and the future of the revolution to prepare well the young people, the flowers of the country and nation and the future masters.

The respected Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, regarded it as the eternal strategic line of the Party to attach importance to the youth.

Kim Myong Il, Deputy Department Director of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, says:

"Here is a story about what deep attention the respected Kim Jong Un pays to the youth problem.

One day, he said to officials: Our country is a politico-ideological power, military power and youth power. Apart from the youth power, is it impossible to talk about the politico-ideological power and military power.

We should, in the future, too, regard it as the strategic line of the Party to attach importance to the youth, he stressed."

On January 26, Juche 101(2012) Kim Jong Un read a letter presented by officials and employees of the Central Committee of the Youth League and sent his autograph letter to them.

10 years has passed since then.

In those days, the Korean young people creditably played the role of vanguard and shock brigade in the socialist construction.

Keeping his autograph letter deep in their hearts, they have performed feats everywhere in this country--construction sites, farm fields and deep cutting faces.

Kim Jong Un ensured that the Youth Movement Museum and the Paektusan Hero Youth Exploits Exhibition Hall were built well to tell the history of the Korean youth movement and the merits of the youth to posterity forever.

Boldly believing in the young people, he assigned them major projects of national significance and established the habit of attaching importance to the youth across the country to actively help and encourage them.

He also organized large-scale meetings and celebrations for the young people and named monumental edifices after youth.

His great trust was the infinite motive force that aroused the revolutionary and patriotic enthusiasm of millions of young people.

Last year, the young people volunteered to work in the difficultand challenging sectors of socialist construction, true to the intention of the Party. He highly praised it as a heroic deed of going to the front atwartime and blocking the enemy pillboxes with their chests without hesitation.

The Korean revolution is sure to win, full of vim and vigour all the time, as it attaches importance to the youth who are sensitive to the new, have a strong enterprising spirit and love justice and truth.
