Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- Young people in the DPRK distinguish themselves in supporting co-op farms which are bustling with the preparations for farming. Young people in the country are standing in the van of the on-going all-out drive, true to the great practical programme set forth by the Party Central Committee.
Young people in different parts of the country sent more than 10,000 tons of quality manure and many farm implements to the countryside in 15 days of January.
Those in North Hwanghae Province sent hundreds of tons of manure to co-op farms in the province within five days from the outset of the new year.
Members of youth league organizations in South Hwanghae Province supplied lots of quality manure and farm implements to co-op farms.
Young people in North Phyongan Province carried lots of manure to fields in the province through a vigorous campaign.
Distinguishing itself in aiding the farms, the Hamhung City youth league committee conducted agit-prop activities in fields of co-op farms to inspire the farmers.
Youth league organizations in Ryanggang Province, Nampho City and Kaesong City, too, have actively supported farms.
