Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) -- Personages of Romania posted articles on their internet homepages on Jan. 27 and Feb. 4 to mark the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il .
Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party who is concurrently chairman of the National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Romania, said in his article that today's socialist Korea is unthinkable without the exploits of Comrade Kim Jong Il , the eternal leader of the Korean people.
Comrade Kim Jong Il dedicated himself to the people's happiness and greatly contributed to ensuring global peace and security and accomplishing the cause of independence against imperialism, the article said.
Noting that as Comrade Kim Jong Il 's feats are so great, the Korean people celebrate his birth anniversary splendidly as the Day of the Shining Star, the article stressed that the great man's august name will be kept deep in the minds of the world progressives.
The secretary general of the Romanian Workers' Association noted in his article that His Excellency Kim Jong Il of the DPRK continued his journey of field guidance to factories and farms across the country throughout his life, regarding his train as his office room and himself as a son of the people.
Saying that he was on the way of field guidance even at his last moment to bring happiness to the people, the article praised the Chairman for dedicating himself to the people all his life. -0-
