Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, had a photo session with the officers and soldiers of the units at all levels that took part in the military parade celebrating the 90th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army (KPRA) on April 27.

Present there were Pak Jong Chon, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK and secretary of the WPK Central Committee, and Ri Pyong Chol, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau and secretary of the WPK Central Committee.

The participants were greatly excited as they came to enjoy the dreamlike moment of happiness again with the boundless pride of having staged the greatest-ever military parade of the Juche-based revolutionary armed forces under the observation of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, the symbol of the mightiness of our Party, state and armed forces and the banner of all victories and glory.

When Kim Jong Un appeared at the venue, all the participants burst into stormy cheers of "hurrah!" for the peerlessly brilliant commander who has devotedly worked to accomplish the great cause of building a prosperous nation with a strong army while ushering in a heyday of strengthening the national power, the most brilliant one in the nation's history of more than 5 000 years, with his iron will, matchless courage and extraordinary leadership.

Kim Jong Un warmly waved back to the enthusiastically cheering participants to extend his militant encouragement to the service personnel who made contributions to celebrating the glorious founding anniversary of the powerful revolutionary Paektusan army with the grand military parade.

He highly praised them for fully demonstrating, through the significant and magnificent parade to be specially recorded in the army-building history, the might of the elite revolutionary army which has firmly defended with arms the Party and the revolution, the country and the people for nine decades, and the modernity, heroism and radical development of the armed forces of the Republic and their matchless military and technological superiority, and thus instilling confidence in sure victory and optimism about a rosy future deeper into the people across the country.

Saying the traditions of invincibility of our revolutionary armed forces established in the sacred wars for smashing the imperialist tyranny are the sacred lineage to be carried forward and glorified forever by the heroic Korean People's Army, he underlined the need for all the service personnel of the entire army to fully cherish the soul and spirit of the DPRK and bolster up their strength in every way to annihilate the enemy and thus more firmly guarantee the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche with arms.

He had a meaningful photo session with the participants holding aloft their colors associated with victory and glory.

When the photo session was over, thunderous cheers of "hurrah!" and loud chants of "Kim Jong Un" and "Kyolsaongwi" (devoted defence) resounded through the sky of April.

All the participants hardened their will to fully demonstrate to the world the faith in sure victory and invincible spirit of the revolutionary army of the Party remaining absolutely loyal to its revolutionary idea and leadership and vigorously struggle for the great cause of building a powerful army in the great era of Kim Jong Un.
