The Jangwon Ragwon Collaboration Company under the Central Committee of the KFPD trains some of persons with hearing impairments to be skilled hands in foodstuff production. It sees to it that they understand structures and mechanisms of normal foodstuff production equipment and master the facilities to be soon used by them.
