Pyongyang, May 20 (KCNA) -- The Cabinet and the Ministry of Public Health in the DPRK continue to supply to all parts of the country the state reserve medicines which were immediately released to quickly curb and put under the control the spread of the epidemic, true to the decisions of the Political Bureau of the Party Central Committee.
After drawing up a detailed medicine distribution plan, their officials have taken thorough measures for the transport of medicines in close contact with the Party and power organs in different parts of the country.
Officials of the Ministry of Public Health, dispatched to every province, are strengthening the guidance and control over the supply of medicines. And they conduct the work for examining in a responsible manner the medicines according to the indices to ensure convenience in use of drugs.
Meanwhile, senior officials and medical workers in every province are striving to promptly distribute those medicines from the state to cities and counties in their regions.
Preventive and curative organs at all levels and pharmacies have taken such practical steps as arranging medicine stores and improving their service. -0-
